Egg Roll In A Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - 2 Lb Ground Beef or 

    Ground Turkey
  • 1 Large Onion, Diced
  • 1/2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 3 tsp Asian Blend
  • 2 TBSP Sesame Oil
  • 2 TBSP Olive or Veg Oil
  • 1 - 2 Lbs Cole Slaw Mix or sliced cabbage 
  • (I like more vegetables so I use 2 Lbs of Cole Slaw Mix)
  • Green Onion, chopped

Directions

  • Cook Ground Beef and Onion in cooking oil until brown
  • In a bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil, and Asian Blend together
  • Pour liquid mixture on the ground beef
  • Add Cabbage or Cole Slaw Mix
  • Cook until Cabbage is tender, stirring as needed
  • Top with chopped Green Onion when serving
  • Enjoy
